Nevada State Law: This Agreement shall be construed pursuant to the law of the State Of Nevada. Upon completion of a program and once all payments have been made to the School, a certificate of completion will be issued in the student's virtual classroom certificate folder. Binding Effect, Continuance, and Assignability: The rights, responsibilities and duties of the signatories to this Agreement and the covenants contained in this Agreement, shall continue to bind the signatories, shall continue in full force and effect until every obligation of the signatories pursuant to this Agreement shall have been fully performed, and shall be binding and enforceable upon the successors and assigns of the signatories. The obligations of the Student under this Agreement, including but not limited to those in the Resident Covenants, may be assigned by School without the authorization or consent of the Student.

There are no extensions on courses under any circumstance. Courses are available for a full 6 months to complete. The expiration date is posted in the student's virtual classroom. Students should attempt to complete their courses in 4-6 weeks but they can spread it out over the full 6 months.

If a purchased program becomes unavailable or is cancelled, the student is due a full refund. This does not apply to site outages or technical issues that cause a student to temporarily loose access to their virtual classroom or program. In these situations, we will fix the issue and add additional time to the student's program. There are no refunds on training courses, kits, equipment or workshops unless course has been cancelled. If the student does not complete their program or decides to drop out of the program, there is no refund.
